I went to Concierge yesterday for the first time after a friends recommendation. I saw Gena for a melasma issue I’ve been dealing with for years. I’ve seen other dermatologists and their “approach” just wasn’t active or aggressive enough for my issues. Gena was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Melasma is very hard to treat especially in the hot summer months but we came up with a very proactive plan. I had the illuminize Peel done for the first time yesterday. There is no down time and I noticed results immediately. I also got several products (Hydroquinone) that will help counteract the effects of my sun damage and hyperpigmentation due to hormones and heat (melasma). I have a follow up appointment in two weeks time for a hydrafacial and will start a series of VI Peels closer to fall. I’m so happy to finally have a plan of action to treat and prevent this issue! Thank you Gena and staff for all your help! Highly highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Katie L. She was very knowledgeable with the procedures she was doing on me. She informed me of the benefits of the treatments and let me know what I had to do at home to keep the results and what treatments I’d befit in the future! My skin has never felt this soft before! I’ve got a facial from Katie Levitsky at cellular intelligence and my skin is so much better. Katie knew just what to do for my skin type and gave me just the right treatments. I highly recommend this place!
Visited today initially for a consultation for Coolsculpting, but also got Botox injections in my jaw to help my TMJ and in my left eyebrow to fix the unevenness (caused by one brow being stronger than the other). The nurse who did my injections was super understanding and very accommodating of what I wanted and answered all of my questions and concerns about all procedures I was interested in. She explained to me what exactly I’ll need to have done to get the results I want, and we started with small injections to see what will work best for me. I definitely plan on coming back for all future cosmetic services!
